Where can I redeem the voucher if I buy tickets online?

Show the voucher at the counter which is near to the Customs screening area at the arrival hall or hands over to your tour guide. Your respective tourist guides will give you the tickets once you are boarded the cab.

Can one drink tap water here?

It is a Governmental claim that the tap waters are fine to drink. The tap water over there is both reverse osmosis treated and ultraviolet treated. However, it is advised to get packaged drinking water for safety purposes.

Can one drive in Bali island?

If you have a valid Indonesian licence or an international driver licence you can drive any light motor vehicle here. In reality, some vendors may rent vehicle even if you have your own country’s driving licence.

What vaccinations are required?

No vaccinations are required as in particular. If you are more concerned then check out your personal doctoral get the required vaccines for you. If you are planning for a rural trip, then you may require an antimalarial injection.

What is the best time to visit Bali island?

The overall service was very good. Itenary as told was present. Driver and U&I travels of Bali was fantastic. Few points I need to share is that the in itenary some places was not worthy to visit. Like gold and silver manufacturing unit, like gitgit waterfalls. Else we could have visited Nua pending. Anyways the tour was fantastic Dolphin watch was the most memorable thing.

It was a very good experience in Bali. Trip quote was flexible and Biswajith was very mush responsive at all times. The trip was executed well as planned. No delay in the services done in Bali but the vouchers took a long time for us and the travel triangle customer service call attendees were not responsible enough at the time of need. On the whole would recommend to friends for trips with ineedtrip team. Both the hotels were amazing. Trips were always on time, no delay at all. Pirate cruise dinner experience was the best of them all. Some tips are that we should make sure that all the options are given to travellers before confriming the trip quote. As we had to take a vegetarian one at candlelight dinner, we were not aware that there are non vegetarian options too. So we had to spend extra for the same. Also make sure to try sea walker in the packages as it was not covered for us.

Overall good package, eden hotel was very good, but Kori maharani is kind of disappointed for us as sea behind that was black mud..we couldn't spend much time there..and also service wasn't good and its mentioned in package that there is complimentary room decoration,but it wasn't there and cab driver come guide was very good, covered all places on time. Got very friendly driver come guide which made us happy and nice places covered.. enjoyed lot, lifetime memory of bali

Feedback on Bali Trip *Positive:* 1. Activities were well planned by AGA agents. 2. Wonderful hotel locations of Risata bali. 3. Good overall stay and transfers. 4. Agents of Indo Jaya and AGA was in continuous touch for any help. *Negative:* 1. Full moon Vila stay is not comfortable in spite of good environment, because of limited veg items(even normal items like dal chapati etc were not available), not-updated menu card for charges and additional charges like service tax over and above their higher price than Risata bali hotel. 2. Yoga was good as a driver but not as good as a guide because of the introverted nature.

The trip was great, enjoyed. The service offered from STS Tours (sub quotation from I Need Trip) was very good. There was nothing to worry over the entire trip period. Guide was good, and was very helpful. Regarding I Need Trip, the itenerary was good. Was comfortable with timing. But experienced very delayed response for queries raised. As a customer who purchase deal from online, they should be more careful else will loose the trust on them. An issue with baggage allowance, which was reported almost 4 months back was answered 1 week before travel. From Travel triangle, I expected more support than what received. You were very supportive till we make payment, but once we made, I experienced very very low response from your end. The learning was like do not make full payment until we receive some minimal vouchers as in agreement. Overall from trip point, it was so good, enjoyed. From the service provided, expectation weren't met and expecting more care to customer satisfaction else won't able to keep customer for another booking.
