              Dear Amisha, However, the overall journey experience was extremely good. Only one suggestion, how you make us aware that Singapore is very particular about timings, trust you should also make your counterpart in Singapore aware of it. They don't wait even for 5 minutes after the timings, but they made us wait not once but twice for more than 40 minutes. Which is not acceptable especially on days of universal studios.               Overall experience of the trip is good. I had to make multiple follow-ups with agency to keep things moving. Multiple mistakes were made in the invoice. There were prompt reminders from agency only for payments. Return pick-up from attractions were planned early which left us with not enough time to cover the place. The driver(Tegi - Vehicle nbr PC5768) who came in to drop us at Gardens by the Bay was terrible. He was not co-operative and was blaming the timings on tour agency. We could not cover 2 domes in Gardens by the Bay as the driver did not agree for late pick-up. Only 4 hrs given to us to cover MDS skypark and gardens by the bay which is clearly not enough time. Nothing was planned for us from morning till 4PM on 4th day of our trip. Customer experience from the agency for the whole tour planning can be improved.

              Overall it was a good experience travelling to Singapore and Malaysia. Our travel agent babu has planned our trip in such a nice way which covered almost all places. Only I didn’t like the hotel he booked for us in Malaysia(furma Bukit). Hotel service was pathetic, food is not at all good. Rather than doing a day trip to genting highland, I would rather suggest to stay a night over there. Cab drivers whoever came to pick and drop us was so good and gentle and they suggested us some good places for shopping and restaurants to have food as we all were vegetarians.

              Overall very well arranged trip, hotels recommended were good. The drivers in all the 3 cities were good but a bigger car in Bali would have been better since we were 6 and did have a problem with the leg room. The driver in Bali though good was not a local and a bit inexperienced so he was not very well aware of the places we could visit in our spare time. Overall a good trip.
