For the Bosphorus cruise, the itinerary mentioned "Starters & Turkish appetizers, classic turkish desserts, belly dance, turkish gypsy dance, caucasian dance, folk dance show". But these items were missing. Entry to Hagia Sophia (25 euros) was not provided. That day, I spoke to Deepak and showed his own document, but he simply said, "No, its not included". I didnt even raise the issue of Bosphorus cruise, since it was only a matter of a few food and dance items. I had already paid in full by then. But both these were small points for me and not deal breakers. I would however only urge fellow travelers to get clarity upfront and avoid issues later.
